How do I get my free tee?

Every hoodie comes with a graphic tee of your choice. On the hoodie page, pick the tee design, size and colour under "Pick your free tee" before you add the hoodie to the cart. The tee is added at 0 € and shows in the cart and at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address or size after ordering?

Yes, within 3 hours of ordering. Email team@hikarilabel.com right away with your order number and the new address or size, and we will update it. After 3 hours the order is in production and can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within 3 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 4:00 pm Vienna time on a business day go to production the same day; later orders go to production on the next business day.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is printed to order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production. Estimated shipping times once shipped: United States 7 to 9 business days, Europe 6 to 10 business days, United Kingdom 5 to 9 business days, Australia 6 to 10 business days, Canada 5 to 12 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over 60 $ (or the equivalent in your currency). For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout. Taxes and duties are included, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we will check.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with the original tags attached. Email team@hikarilabel.com with your order number and the item name, and we will guide you through it, no forms, no fuss.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, for example a wrong or defective item. If your package arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, the refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges ship within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Product and sizing

How do the hoodies and tees fit?

Both are cut oversized with dropped shoulders and are unisex. They run true to size for an oversized fit; if you prefer a regular fit, size down. Tees come in S to 4XL, hoodies in S to 3XL. Measurements are on the T-Shirt Size Chart and the Hoodie Size Chart.

What are they made of?

100% cotton at 230 GSM, heavyweight and pre-shrunk, so they keep their size and shape after washing.

How is the artwork printed?

Every piece is printed to order with direct to garment (DTG) printing. Water based ink is pushed into the cotton fibre, so the graphic bends with the fabric instead of sitting on top of it.

How do I wash my HIKARI piece?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
